By Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend (RVO) Nederland (Netherlands Enterprise Agency), ARC was requested to investigate How contracting strategies and risk allocation can be optimised in the Dutch offshore wind industry in order to lower the Level Cost of Energy (LCoE).

ARC made a overview of contracting strategies being used, their pro’s and con’s, stakeholder analysis, risk anlaysis and implemented our conclusions in a roadmap. The report has been shared and presented at the International Energy Agency (IEA) Wind Energy Topical Experts.
